Abstract

In this article, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign practice of designing the construction of 40 public facilities on the water, the main methods of placing hotel and recreational complexes on the coastal territory of cities are identified. Floating foundations (static, dynamic), non-floating foundations (bulk foundations, pile foundations, pylon foundations, houses on concreted ship hulls, houses on solid natural foundations), as well as a number of factors (climatic, environmental, socio-cultural, territorial, etc.). The main factors determining the conditions of architectural formation of hotel and recreational complexes are considered. The main methods of accommodation of hotel and recreational complexes in Novosibirsk are proposed: a moored house on the basis of a ship's skeleton; a house on a concrete hollow pillow-pontoon; a house on stilts; a house placed on pylons; a house on an alluvial base.
