Abstract
The article discusses the issues of the formation of the water-green frame of Novosibirsk in the problem of creating a comfortable urban environment, improving the architectural and artistic appearance of the city. Landscape improvement projects in the water-green frame system of Novosibirsk are outlined. The final qualification papers of the Department of DAS NGUADI 2024 are used. When analyzing projects (Arena Park, Yeltsovka-1, Kamensky, Inskoi, graduation papers of the DAS department), the connection of territories uniting into a system of urban parks is visible. From the projects, it can be assumed that a city park or square is not a completely independent system, but has the opportunity for independent development. Parks with a sufficient area of established green areas, such as the Ice Arena Park, Zaeltsovsky, will be less susceptible to human influence. Squares in a more urban area (Yeltsovka-1, Ust-Tulinsky and others), between mass residential and public buildings, need the support of the urban community to perform their functions.
