Territories for the Collective Use of Citizens, Prospects of Formation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of forming spaces for collective use in residential areas. The article reveals the concept of "space for collective use", as well as describes the main prerequisites for their creation in residential areas, existing experience, including in Novosibirsk, legal instruments for the formation of territories for collective use. The article also presents projects carried out at NSUADA and dedicated to solving this problem.
