Abstract

The article deals with the issues of the universality of art education in terms of employment of graduates of creative universities during periods of political and economic instability in the state on specific examples of retraining in related professions. The author shares his own experience of improving and developing creative skills, without changing the profession in the conditions of the collapse of the country in 1980–1990.
