Abstract
Theatrical costume is an important component of theatrical action, which embodies the expressive and emotional components of the entire figurative drawing of the performance. The birth of a costume is not only a creative process, but also carries a full-fledged project activity, which includes the stages of preparation, materialization and presentation on stage. In the modern theater, when the production of a new play is considered as a production project, special attention is paid to the organization of project work. A clear interaction of the costume designer with the structural divisions of the theater ensures not only the success of creating a stage image, but also the entire technological production of the performance.
