On the basis of the brightest and most modern healthcare facilities, 35 healthcare facilities have been studied for architectural planning and spatial-volumetric aspects, and characteristic features in the architecture of buildings of this type have been identified. A graphoanalytical comparative analysis of architectural-stylistic and architectural-planning solutions, high-tech medical centers, starting with specialized centers and ending with multidisciplinary “mega hospitals”, taking into account their urban planning location, was carried out. Factors and patterns in architectural solutions that can be applied in the development of future healthcare facilities in Russia have been identified. In the process of research and comparison of six high-tech hospitals in Russia and the USA, the main architectural, planning and urban planning principles and factors of the formation of healthcare facilities were identified, development trends in the design of modern medical centers in Russia requiring new planning and design solutions were identified.

Abstract

More recently, concrete did not attract attention because of its “dullness”. Today, it has changed its appearance so much that sometimes it is very difficult to distinguish it from natural stone. Modern concrete is able to convey almost any of the thinnest lines, reproduce a variety of textures, and be painted in a variety of colors. It is able to imitate boulders, porous ancient oriental limestones, yellow-gray sands, smooth cobblestones, monolithic rock with cracks and potholes, reef fragments and much more. Concrete products can be wonderful to decorate the facade of a building or house: it is quite decorative, relatively light, convenient and easy to install and does not have a radioactive background. Among other things, it has high frost resistance.

Abstract

The article discusses a new form of creating public spaces for the whole family - playhub. This is a rethinking of the conception of a "standardized set" of sites. Analyzed examples of playhubs in public spaces and in the territories of residential complexes in the Russian Federation. Their distribution is the result of the interest of both residents and developers. Abstract

This topic is especially relevant in matters of modern higher education due to the versatility of educational programs and the interests of students, but, despite the differences within the same social group, there are a number of psychological characteristics that unite each student, thanks to the clarification of which it is possible to identify the main problems, as well as determine ways to solve them for a wide range of people. As a control group, students aged 18–25 were taken, who are the main share of students in universities. In the course of the study, a survey was conducted, on the basis of which it was possible to identify the main similarities and differences between students of 1–4 courses, and it was also possible to trace certain kinds of changes and patterns, depending on the stage of education of the respondents.

Abstract

The article makes an attempt to define the notion of thinking in BIM categories in order to find key points in the architecture student’s learning process to which the strategy of mastering ArchiCAD not only as a graphic editor, but also as a complex system parameterised environment for creating digital models can be tied. It is shown that this should be done reasonably and incrementally, taking into account the student’s general development in the architectural profession without detracting from the artistic, creative and aesthetic component in the general structure of education, but rather supplementing it with powerful specific possibilities of using digital technologies, in particular the Param-O tool (visual programming module). Some options for the organization of learning tasks, problem situations, creative techniques capable of shaping students’ ability to think in BIM categories are considered.
