Typical gaps in the painting training of design students during the transition from academic to decorative perception of local station

Abstract

The article presents the author's methodology for identifying typical gaps in the pictorial training of design students, using evaluation criteria that will make it possible to formulate the direction of methodological influences at the initial stage of training. It is at this stage of learning that the process of accumulating theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities should move into a better process of implementing creative ideas, which is a fundamental requirement for preparing a future artist-designer.
