Abstract

The purpose of this work is to determine the development potential of the Iskitimsky municipal district as a unique component of the Novosibirsk region, the Novosibirsk agglomeration and the zone of the planned (formed) “Naukopolis”, an analysis of the possible development of the territory of the district taking into account social, economic and environmental factors. The influence on the territory of the place of innovative development “Naukopolis” has been determined. The main factors that ensure the conditions for the stable development of the district's territory for tourism, as well as the conservation of the natural structure of the environment and cultural sites, have been identified. The location of the Iskitimsky municipal district near the city of Novosibirsk, its good transport accessibility, determine the specifics of the socio-economic development of the territory. The obtained research results can be used to form the terms of reference for collaboration with artificial intelligence.

Abstract

The article discusses the current problems of urban development of residential buildings in the city of Novokuznetsk and an action plan to solve these problems. Since the task of increasing the population requires additional commissioning of new residential complexes, the article describes the territories for housing development, taking into account the historical continuity and the long-term development plan of the city of Novokuznetsk. To select the optimal location for a new residential complex designed as part of the master's thesis, all the territories considered in the article are compared according to the derived criteria. The author proposes a design development of the territory with the maximum potential for creating a new area of the city.

Abstract

The article discusses some conceptual directions for the future development of the architectural environment for public and recreational purposes. The possibilities for the development of the educational tourism ecosystem are analyzed. New tourist educational spaces are being identified. Proposals are given for the architectural and design arrangement of pedestrian infrastructure.

Abstract

The use of TIM in the study of cultural heritage objects in domestic and foreign publications, the main part of which was published from 2017 to 2023, is considered. The authors of the analyzed articles reveal the problems of information modeling of cultural heritage objects over the past 10 years. Conclusions are drawn about the possibilities, scale, and scope of information modeling for cultural heritage objects.

Abstract

In today's diversified media environment, the dissemination of city brand image has become a key element of its competitiveness. This article focuses on the relationship between various media in mass communication and city brand image communication, and proposes new strategies and directions. Firstly, this article discusses the importance of mass media in constructing and promoting the city brand image; secondly, the article deeply analyzes the role and characteristics of traditional media, including television, radio, newspapers and magazines, from both positive and negative perspectives. The emerging trend and influence of digital media on city brand image communication — digital media, with its multimedia, interactive, real-time and other characteristics, provides a richer and more flexible communication form for city brands; Finally, this article discusses the communication methods and strategies of integrating traditional media and digital media in mass communication. Through case analysis, data and theoretical discussion, this article proposes a series of targeted communication strategies, believing that only by promoting more effective integration of traditional media and digital media can we more fully and accurately convey the city's brand image and enhance the city's overall competitiveness, strength and influence.
