Abstract

The problem of insufficiency of application of traditional designing methodology for modern conditions of urban re-construction with permanent functional variability of built-up areas and new forms of public and recreational spaces is considered. As a research hypothesis, a thesis was put forward on the need to include in landscape and urban planning a methodological section of pre-project research under the working title "archetypal code" of the territory. In this paper, the author's definition of the "archetypal code of the territory" is given, the conditions for including the archetypal code in the traditional design methodology are determined, the typology is defined and its stages are proposed. The approbation of the methodological basics of the archetypal code is demonstrated by the examples of bachelor's and master's graduation works, carried out at the Department of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture of the NSUADA under direction of the author.

Abstract

The article presents a view of the transformation of the riverine territories of some small rivers of Novosibirsk, the current state of their valleys. The main goal is to identify the environmental problems of small rivers. Landscape design techniques solve the problems of a comfortable urban environment, linear parks on small rivers of the city of Novosibirsk. The necessity of developing continuous "green" corridors laid along the valleys of small rivers in the structure of the watergreen framework of the city is substantiated.

Abstract

In this article, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign practice of designing the construction of 40 public facilities on the water, the main methods of placing hotel and recreational complexes on the coastal territory of cities are identified. Floating foundations (static, dynamic), non-floating foundations (bulk foundations, pile foundations, pylon foundations, houses on concreted ship hulls, houses on solid natural foundations), as well as a number of factors (climatic, environmental, socio-cultural, territorial, etc.). The main factors determining the conditions of architectural formation of hotel and recreational complexes are considered. The main methods of accommodation of hotel and recreational complexes in Novosibirsk are proposed: a moored house on the basis of a ship's skeleton; a house on a concrete hollow pillow-pontoon; a house on stilts; a house placed on pylons; a house on an alluvial base.

Abstract

The psychological and pedagogical features of the manifestation of perception lie in the fact that in the presence of a specific goal and task, the mind is constantly set to search for new material to be able to solve this problem. Pedagogical patterns of development of perception in the process of teaching fine arts follow from this psychological feature. The idea of an object and its image is formed in the artist’s mind in the process of purposeful perception. Moreover, representation is understood as a visual image of an object or phenomenon, arising on the basis of past experience, new sensations and perceptions by reproducing it in memory or imagination.

Abstract

The article considers the conformity of online education in Russia to its integration functions on the example of its development in the context of the Olympiad movement, as well as the main features of the latter within the framework of the current social situation's demand for the creation of the future and the formation of a generation capable of successful teamwork while blocking the tendencies of individualization in society. The author comes to conclusions about the inability of this format to meet the needs of modern society due to disintegration, which realizes itself at three levels, where each level includes imitation, provoking the transformation of internal consolidation, reproducible knowledge and socialization into regional differentiation, constantly updated “instruction” and dissocializing behavior, respectively. All this contributes to the entrenchment of online education dysfunction and the potential reinforcement of the above trends.

Abstract

The article provides a list of the main causes of defects and damage to building structures according to the results of research by a number of authors. Based on the above list, defects and damage to buildings that were examined in 2023-2024 by NSUADA employees are classified. The peculiarity of the surveyed buildings is that one of them is unfinished and was not used, the other was partially used. Most of the defects and damages found are due to the lack of necessary repairs. But during the surveys, defects and damages were found that are quite rare: deviation of the wall due to the bursting action of ice; deviation of the reinforced concrete column from the vertical axis and the presence of a vertical crack due to the absence of a sedimentary seam. The article provides a description of them and the reason for their occurrence.

Abstract

Among the requirements for vibration isolation, the most important is the requirement for the range of natural vibration frequencies. We study the suspension of a marine engine on elastic pneumohydraulic vibration-isolating mounts (PVIM) as the most promising vibration protection systems of the new generation. A method for calculating the natural vibrations of spatial vibration-isolated objects is presented. An algorithm is presented for reducing vibration frequencies to a narrow range by varying the coordinates and installation angles of such vibration isolators as air defense. An example of calculation is given.
